Thursday morning

This morning as I came out to the living room to get my things together for work, this is what I saw out my living room window. It was breath taking.

Finger Puppets...sooo cute. (Am I allowed to say that about something I make?)

Over the holiday season I have been making cute things. Little animal puppets. I admit it was fun to give them away as gifts to a few of the children in my life. I also need to admit that I dislike giving battery powered toys for gifts. I think the toy companies and the battery companies have a sweet deal with each other. They live for keeping each other afloat financially. Just my opinion, not actually a fact...that I know of.

I really love to give gifts that help encourage kids to use their imagination in creative play. I guess it is the preschool teacher in me... I doubt she will ever leave...she is a part of who I am.

Anyway, that brings me to these sweet finger puppets. I have just started to sell them. $5 each or only $3 when 5 or more are purchased. They are light in weight and therefore cheap to send. Hope you enjoy the sweetness of these shots. :)
